With 15 years of experience working alongside leadership and teams, Vanessa focuses on practical, people-first strategies that create clarity, empowerment, and healthier workplaces. She serves on several boards and community initiatives throughout Sauk Valley and is passionate about connecting people with resources or persons to help.
Vanessa currently lives in Dixon with her husband and two kids.
