The Importance of Mental Wellness in the Workplace

• Participants will be able to articulate why mental wellness is so important in the workplace while being able to identify at least three concrete actions to improve employee well-being and engagement within their organization.

• Understanding Managers/Supervisors important role along with ways to spot the signs of someone who might be struggling and how to best facilitate referrals to resources and/or therapy sessions using an EAP.

• Ability to provide a scalable “Culture of Wellness” plan/strategy regardless of budget for organizational implementation and adoption. (Leadership/HR commitment, manager training, implementation/promotion, and basic key metrics of utilization)
