Are you confident that your organization has an effective risk strategy in place to protect your people and your possessions in an emergency situation? This workshop looks strategies HR and Management can implement to protect your most valuable assets. Participants will: Identify steps to build a strong safety approach and manage interventions to address and prevent emergencies that have become all-to-common in today's workplace; Participate in a mock classroom active shooter safety training activity; and Develop an action plan to build a communication plan related to workplace safety.
