Best Practice for Delivering Illinois’
Mandatory Sexual Harassment Prevention Training
Illinois now joins a growing number of states that have passed stronger anti-harassment legislation in the wake of #MeToo. For Illinois employers, a new law, SB 75, known as the Workplace Transparency Act, requires that all employees receive sexual harassment training on an annual basis.
In the session, we will review the new law and training requirements as outlined under Illinois’ Workplace Transparency Act. Also, we will discuss training methods available, strategies and techniques for delivery of the required training and provide tips for an effective training program.
