Marketing and Recruiting in Our Changing World

As more and more people flock to social networks, social recruiting is imperative for companies to remain competitive in the ever changing landscape of Human Resources. Attendees will explore what social recruiting means and how to leverage social media to find the right candidates to fill your open positions.

Speaker bio:

Dallas Knack is the marketing coordinator at Sauk Valley Community College. Additionally, she works at the Sauk Valley Area Chamber of Commerce and runs a handmade home-based business, The Violet Veranda. She lends her experience in marketing to various organizations in which she volunteers including Emma Hubbs Tennis Club and her sorority Alpha Gamma Delta, where she advises two chapters. In her spare time, Dallas enjoys traveling and dragging her husband along on impromptu road trips.
