How to Teach Your Employees to Be Savvy Healthcare Consumers
Americans will hunt for a coupon that saves them 50 cents at the local supermarket. However, when it comes to health care—a far more complex and expensive service—we rarely ask questions or consider all the options that could save us time and money. From the basics to the more complex “gotchas”, we will be discussing the tips & tricks Human Resources professionals can communicate to their company’s health plan members to help reduce the overall cost of healthcare . A savvy healthcare consumer “cheat sheet” will also be provided to those who are in attendance.
