Christian Ochoa from Paycom will be presenting on AI versus Automated Decisioning.
Summary:
Christian Ochoa will be sharing information about popular trends in HR/Payroll including a conversation of AI vs HI and what providers are doing to stay relevant in the industry. His goal is to educate HR/payroll members of what's going on in the industry with AI versus HI. Explains what they are, how they differ, and how each provider is utilizing it in their own way. Giving each individual a much better understanding of what AI and HI are, as well as examples of how it could be used in the industry.
Bio:
Christian Ochoa is an Account Executive with Paycom who works with Manufacturing, Healthcare, Nonprofits and Municipalities. He is a graduate of Illinois State University and his background includes 10 years expertise in the Tech/Software Industry.
