Jennifer Thomason, LCPC, Director of Adult Services at Sinnissippi Center, Inc.

This is our annual Diversity training and will be presented by Rebecca Munoz-Ripley of the YWCA of Sauk Valley.  These sessions are always a good reminder of how to bring diversity to our companies and organizations, and leave us with a great toolbox of knowledge and best practices.

Our program will be presented by Alexander Szabo, Jr., Executive Director of the Employers’ Coalition on Health (ECOH) and one of RRHRPA’s newest members. This presentation is entitled “The Future of the PPO in Managing Healthcare Expenses,” and is based on Al’s extensive experience in the health care industry and will provide an update on the role PPOs will play in the future.  Al briefly writes about his program:

Corb Howard will be doing a presentation on Effective Supervision.  This presentation is designed not only for HR Professionals, but anyone who supervises others. 

Breakfast will be provided by Sinnissippi Centers, Inc. and RRHRPA.
