Jennifer Thomason, LCPC, Director of Adult Services at Sinnissippi Center, Inc. will be the program's featured speaker.  Jennifer will discuss "Managing Priorities, Projects, and Deadlines," a timely topic for the upcoming holiday season.  Do we use our time efficiently yet effectively?  Do we know how to focus our brain on the task at hand?  And, for all you "multi-taskers" out there, she'll break some myths about that, too.  You'll leave this session with answers to these questions along with ways to de-stress and set goals to get done what you need to get done.

Jennifer Thomason, is a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor with a Master’s Degree in Human Development Counseling from the University of IL at Springfield.  She has worked in the mental health field 13 years.  She has been with Sinnissippi Centers just under 11 years and currently in the position of Director of Adult Services.  Jennifer manages oversight of many programs including adult outpatient mental health and substance abuse, crisis, and residential.  She is an American Heart Association CPR/First Aid instructor and Mental Health First Aid (MHFA) instructor with the designation to instruct law enforcement/public safety/corrections audiences as well as higher education audiences.
