Program:
Kim Ewoldson of Sauk Valley Community College will present the Impact Program. This is the College's new strategic plan which is working to address workforce development issues in the area including how the College can support recruiters, offer opportunities to recruit students on campus, and more. This program will focus on the benefits of the Impact Program and how HR professionals can use it as an employee recruitment and retention tool.
