Investigations: what to do after an employee tells you #MeToo. 

Attorney Tim Zollinger, with Ward, Murray, Pace and Johnson, will review the steps necessary to properly respond to sexual harassment complaints.  This discussion will also cover handling of practical problems that occur when complaints are made, how to handle the chain of authority when high-level employees are accused, issues of possible administrative leave, and how to reach closure.

Today's session will be our annual Diversity training.  Topics always include something of interest and can be used in the workplace.  Presented by the YWCA of the Sauk Valley.
